Some Women Feel More Comfortable In A Group Environment

Learning new things can be intimidating. Having a friend or others around you while learning can be comforting and knowing that you are with other like-minded people helps the learning process as well. When others have questions, you learn from their questions. If someone in the group is more or less advanced at a particular technique, you learn from them.

Learn From Others Experience

Most women that take self defense are taking it for a reason. Perhaps they were involved in an altercation or their boyfriend/husband attacked them in some way. Perhaps someone in the group avoided an attack and shares that with the group. The more information passed from instructor to student and student to student, the better. A group environment nurtures learning, awareness and comfort. Learning from others experience is a great way to keep yourself safe.

Group Preparation & Awareness

The paradox of self-defense is that the more prepared you are, the less likely you are to need it. When you can recognize and respond effectively to potentially dangerous situations, you are more confident in your every day activities. The more prepared and aware YOU become, the less likely you are to become a target of crime. Women that are aware, seldom make mistakes that leave them vulnerable. The less vulnerable you are, the less likely you will need to defend yourself.

Women face multiple challenges and obstacles when seeking self-defense and personal safety training. The largest obstacle for most women is finding a competent, quality training site with skilled, competent, easy going professional self-defense trainers. Most importantly, trainers that can make us laugh and relax while still addressing a serious subject.

Chicago Fight House is committed to being a professional company with the utmost respect for women that presents information in clear, concise group training formats so you can easily walk out of class and immediately implement the self-defense training strategies you’ve learned.

Utilize our expertise in women's self-defense as we take you step-by-step through a process that is much easier than you think.
