Kickboxing For Fitness

Chicago Fight House offers Fitness Kickboxing training for new and experienced fighters. Our fitness kickboxing lessons offer technical and functional sessions to improve technique, timing and experience to perform better in the ring and in life.

Learning the authentic art of kickboxing under the expert supervision of Jeff Hinds, the senior technical trainer, is the fast track way to improving your health and fitness goals, whether you are learning kickboxing to compete or as an alternative fitness package our teaching dedication is the same.

Our teaching methods are easy to understand because we know HOW to teach men, women and teens how to perform at a high level.

Recently, Jeff Hinds trained 4 individual white-collar fighters at Chicago Kickboxing Club for a non-sanctioned, 17 fight event. Each of the 4 individuals won their fights. This was NOT an accident.

Excellent training, excellent coaching and difference making strategy between rounds is what helped each individual attain their goal.

White-collar kickboxing has a point scoring system that measures the number of clean blows landed rather than physical damage. Bouts consist of three rounds of three minutes in the Olympics and Golden Gloves and three rounds of three minutes in a national ABA (White-collar Kickboxing Association) bout, each with a one-minute interval between rounds.
