Women’s Self Defense

Chicago Fight House provides realistic, effective self-defense training. We have fun, provide real-world techniques to help YOU defend yourself against an attacker. Jeff Hinds, senior instructor is not only a 3rd degree black belt in ShorinRyu Karate, champion amateur kickboxer, undefeated professional boxer – he was also a private investigator for 20 years.

Jeff’s exposure to real world criminals, as a private detective for over 20 years provides insight into typical criminal behavior, attack patterns, real-world scenarios and how to avoid, prevent and protect yourself from an assailant.

We present information in clear, concise training formats so you can easily walk out of class and immediately implement the self-defense training strategies you’ve learned. It takes practice, though! Learning a technique once does not create the proper muscle memory to be able to use that technique one year or five years later. Practicing these techniques is the best way to train your body and your mind to defend itself when danger is imminent.
