Women’s Self Defense: Training Facts

At Chicago Fight House we take a practical,real world sense,to our Women's Self-Defense program. Relying on my knowledge and experience as a former private detective, I am able to provide my students with the tools and confidence to be ready for any confrontation.

The Women's Self Defense Program that we provide will make you more aware of your surroundings,and you will come to rely on your instincts like never before.

Techniques and Scenarios provided are as follows:

1. Basic stances for foundation and power

2. Strikes that work from a practical standpoint

3. Defense against grabs,chokes and locks

4. Back Against the Wall Defense

5. Total "blacked out" situations


For almost 30 years we have taught women and girls self-defense,boxing,karate and kickboxing. It is our belief that women adapt and learn martial arts faster and easier than most men.

The reason is that women don't come into training with preconceived notions on how to defend themselves. So they are able to listen and learn without all the "I already know" attitude that males seem to have about possible confrontation scenarios.
